Who We Are
Claudia Hanson, PMHNP-BC
Owner and Practitioner
Claudia is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in labor and delivery nursing. She values autonomy, simplicity, truth, and deep connection. She enjoys working with individuals willing to be brave and explore the messiness of being human, looking within to discover what’s there.
Many clients share feeling lost, stuck, or like they don’t know how their parts fit together. Claudia’s experience in birth work has taught her to stay grounded in times of pain and transformation, believe in the power of speaking your truth, and understand that choice leads to empowerment — regardless of the outcome.
Claudia is passionate about embracing change, approaching the unknown with curiosity, and co-regulating with those who shy away from mystery. Claudia’s clinical expertise includes crisis support, perinatal mental health, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, depression and complex trauma. Claudia connects easily with others through focused, authentic listening. Grounded, relatable, and compassionate, Claudia aims to see, understand, and support you through heart, mind, and body.
Claudia is deeply connected with nature and enjoys hiking, cooking, and traveling. She brings love, joy, and a commitment to truth into everything she does.
