With over 15 years of supporting individuals through life's turning points—moments that are challenging and also opportunities for profound growth—I value fostering self-efficacy, autonomy, and choice. Life’s messy nature often brings surprises—things don’t always go as planned. Intentional, values-aligned choices allow us to stay true to ourselves. I understand the impact of lost choice, as well as the profound self expression and healing that comes from boundaries being respected and choices celebrated—leading to deep fulfillment and peace.
