At Alpenrose Mental Health, I work with women who typically have it together but now find themselves feeling overwhelmed, scared, or out of control. You may be in the process of creating the life you always envisioned, yet suddenly feel as if you're falling apart. Perhaps you’ve always believed you were ready for this journey, only to find yourself feeling completely unprepared.

In our sessions, I will help you explore and acknowledge all parts of yourself. Your calm, confident, clear self is still there. By working with your parts and exploring what matters to you, you can reconnect with your Self and navigate life with grace and harmony.

You are not alone.
